In my experience as a tour guide, expecially in Pompeii or other archoelogical sites, kid's reaction is what still fascinated me.
They absorbe everything with a great hunger for information, details, experiences, and honestly they give a huge sense to what I do on daily basis.
Travel with your kids as often you can, it had not to be a foreign distant country, it is enough that it is different from home. Diverity is the greatest resource we have to educate them to pluralism.
